Privacy Policy
Effective August 24, 2026. Boats N Hotels (BNH, “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides lodging discovery, boater-focused trip planning, member hotel rates, reservation tools and optional partner booking links.
1. Information BNH processes
BNH processes account information, booking and guest information, search and trip information, saved preferences and user submissions, support/privacy requests, and security/operational data necessary to provide and improve the service.
2. Payments and Nuitee Connect
BNH uses Nuitee Connect’s payment interface for supported in-app hotel bookings. In that payment flow, Nuitee Connect acts as Merchant of Record and processes the guest’s payment. Full card numbers and CVV are entered into Nuitee Connect’s secure payment interface rather than BNH application fields.
3. Expedia and CJ affiliate links
BNH may supplement lodging content with Expedia catalog information made available through CJ and may display optional Expedia partner booking links. BNH may record the fact that a partner link was clicked, including the property and trip context that generated the click. A reservation completed on Expedia is handled under Expedia’s checkout, privacy, cancellation and booking terms.
4. How BNH uses information
- Provide lodging discovery, reservations, confirmations and trip planning.
- Analyze supplier/property content and guest-review evidence for BNH Boat Fit, including automated language analysis.
- Measure searches, partner-link clicks and booking funnels to operate and improve BNH.
- Maintain accounts, booking records and privacy/support requests.
- Protect against fraud, abuse, security incidents and operational problems.
5. Service providers and data sharing
Providers include Supabase; Nuitee Connect; CJ and Expedia; Google services; Apple Maps; Expo; and AI service providers when BNH uses automated language analysis. BNH does not sell personal information.
6. Advertising, affiliate attribution and tracking
BNH does not currently include a third-party advertising SDK or sell personal information for targeted advertising. BNH uses clearly identified affiliate/referral links and may maintain first-party records of searches, result interactions and affiliate-link clicks.
7. Retention and deletion
BNH keeps information only as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service, support bookings/referrals, handle requests, resolve disputes and satisfy legal or accounting obligations.
8. Your privacy choices
BNH provides in-app account deletion and a Privacy Choices form for access, correction, deletion help or another privacy request.
9. Children
BNH is not directed to children under 13. Booking checkout is intended for adults authorized to make the reservation.
10. Security
BNH uses authenticated server functions, access controls, server-side API credentials and service-provider security mechanisms appropriate to the service.
11. International processing
Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where service providers operate, subject to applicable law and provider safeguards.
12. Changes
BNH may update this policy when the product, providers or requirements change.
